BRAG is dedicated to forging ongoing relationships with our local community. We believe that working together is beneficial to everyone involved.
BRAG is very happy to discuss other ways our businesses can work together, including in-kind support, support for specific programs, donations, or any other potential opportunities, to build goodwill and loyalty within our shared community.
Monetary Donations
All cash donations over $2 are 100% tax deductible. Donations can be given to support a specific project or to assist in purchasing works for the Permanent Collection, in collaboration with the donor, where relevant.
BRAG Society Inc.
BRAG is supported by the volunteer-run BRAG Society Inc. (BRAGS). BRAGS raise funds through memberships, donations and events to purchase artworks for the gallery’s Permanent Collection. If you would like to become a member or make a donation, you can do so via www.bathurstart.com.au/supportbrag/brags or by visiting the gallery.
Artwork Donations & Bequests
Artwork donations may be offered for consideration to be included in the gallery’s Permanent Collection. The collection focuses on post-1950s Australian art, Lloyd Rees, the Artists of Hill End, regional artists, studio ceramics and small sculpture.
Donations can be made direct to the gallery, or via the Commonwealth Government’s Cultural Gifts Program
Bequests are also welcomed by BRAG.In 2004, a major bequest from the late Gwen Frolich consisted of 75 works valued at $1.5 million.
