Home 2022 features artwork created by local primary school students who participated in the Home Program. The artworks were created during workshops led by Wiradjuri artist Ronda Sharpe.

The Home Program connects schools to local Aboriginal artists, community, language and culture.

The following schools participated in the Home Program 2022: Bathurst South Public School, Carcoar Public School, Carenne School, Clergate Public School, Hampton Public School, Meadow Flat Public School, Neville Public School, Sofala Public School, Spring Hill Public School and Wattle Flat Public School.

The Home Program has been developed in Wiradjuri Country by Wiradjuri community at Bathurst and Bathurst Regional Art Gallery as part of the program Home: Aboriginal art from New South Wales, a partnership since 2015 between Wiradjuri community at Wagga Wagga, Wagga Wagga Art Gallery, NSW Department of Education’s Arts Unit and the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
